Elderflower Spritz white tea is a blend of white tea, sencha green tea, elderberries, elderflowers, and peony petals. I haven't tried all that many white teas but this one is nice. The distinctive flavour of elderberries is the thrust of this tea.
Elderflower Spritz has a lovely floral aroma with a delicate fruity flavour. I'd say this is a good tea but not on my favourites list. Certainly a nice way to relax and fight the chills.

I am wondering how something like this might compare to say, an elderflower vodka, perhaps of a neutral origin.
