Herman Schulz is an early post-Ditko Spider-Man villain called the Shocker. It was the sixties. His gauntlets produce powerful shockwaves and his quilted suit protects him from their vibrations. Shocker has been a lower tier villain for a long time but his profile was raised when he was part of the Sinister Six team that appeared in "The Superior Foes of Spider-Man" which was a great comic. Keep an eye out for more of those lovable villains in the future.
Pretty standard Marvel Legends figure. |
Still got that torso gap. |
Gotta have kneepads. |
"Vibro-shock" gauntlet. |
Pretty good facial expression for a full-face mask. |
"It's too noisy!" |
His shockwave powers never look like this in the comics... |
...these are reused effects parts from Havok or Dr. Strange or Scarlet Witch. I'm not sure who had them first. |
He will SHOCK you! |
Jump! |
Flip! |
"Nailed it!" |
A Superior Foe vs. the Superior Spider-Man. |
Spiderrrrr-KICK! |
WHAM! |
"Surrender Miscreant!" |
Ooh, that's a bad angle for a neck. |
