Blurr Body All Titan Masters Gallery

Here is perhaps the nerdiest endeavour on this blog. I've taken pictures of all my Titans Return figures with all of the different Titan Master heads on them. These galleries will be updated as more Titan Masters are acquired. The heads are in no particular order after the first which is the head that "belongs" on the body.

Jen - The Dark Crystal (Funko ReAction)

Jim Henson's magnum opus The Dark Crystal (1982) is one of my favourite fantasy films. Funko has released a set figures under their ReAction line of retro 3 3/4" figures. First up we have the main protagonist of the film: the orphaned Gelfling Jen who was raised by the kindly Mystics.

Zyuoh Lion (Sentai Hero 27 cm)

Leo is a lion Zyuman and uses his Transformation Cellphone Zyuoh Changer to become Zyuoh Lion. Leo is loud and gregarious. His roar can be deafening and he loves a good fight. He's the impulsive, impatient one in the group.  His Instincts Awaken form summons giant paws and claws on his hands. The challenge with lion-themed heroes is making the helmet distinct from those that have gone before (either in previous sentai teams or the odd Kamen Rider like Beast or OOO). I think Zyuoh Lion succeeds in this endeavour as his helmet has a different silhouette but is still recognizable as a lion.

Zyuoh Shark (Sentai Hero 27 cm)

Zyuoh Shark is Sela, a Shark Zyuman. She is strong willed and has exceptional hearing. I have a soft spot for aquatic themed heroes and I think Sela's costume is well designed. Plus I like it when female rangers are colours other than yellow or pink (Super Sentai has some weird ideas about "traditions" that aren't really worth being such).  These main 5 Zyuohgers came in the "Instincts Awakened" box set. When they shout "Instincts Awaken!" ("Yasei Kaihō!") each member summons new powers. In Sela's case she grows a dorsal fin out of her back and can perform swimming type attacks even if there is no water around.
