I was fortunate to be visiting Tokyo when this figure was released and it wasn't until I returned home to Canada that I learned Senator
Ratbat here was a Japanese exclusive. He's a redeco of the Generations Scourge and as such can still poke his head out in vehicle mode. Ratbat has a sleek metallic paint job like most of the TakaraTomy Generations figures and it looks great.
